4. Conditions of Pre-Order & Returns

To guarantee the highest level of craftsmanship and eliminate overproduction, Chapter I operates on a strict pre-order window.

Production Timeline: Once the pre-order window closes, manufacturing begins. Clients receive private tracking updates at each step of the atelier process.

Returns: In accordance with European law, you have 14 days upon receipt to return standard-sized items for a refund or exchange.
